DYSIN Smart Notes is an offline note-taking application designed to help users create, organize, search, protect, back up, and restore notes on Android devices.

Information We Collect

DYSIN Smart Notes does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal information.

The app does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Contacts
• Location
• Photos or videos
• Messages
• Payment information
• Device identifiers
• Advertising ID
• Analytics data

Your Notes

All notes you create are stored locally on your device. Your notes are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not have access to them.

PIN Lock

DYSIN Smart Notes includes an optional PIN Lock feature. If you enable it, the PIN is stored locally on your device and is used only to protect access to the app.

Your PIN is not sent to us and is not shared with any third party.

Backup and Restore

The app allows you to create and restore local backup files.

Backup files are created only when you choose to create them. You also choose where the backup file is saved or which backup file is selected for restoration.

DYSIN Smart Notes does not automatically upload your backup files to any server or cloud service.

File Access, Sharing, and Permissions

When you use backup, restore, import, export, or sharing features, Android may ask you to select a file, destination, or another application through the system file picker or sharing interface.

DYSIN Smart Notes does not access files without your action. If you choose to save a backup to a cloud storage provider or share note content through another application, that information will be handled by the service or application you selected according to its own privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

DYSIN Smart Notes does not use:

• Advertising services
• Analytics services
• Tracking services

The app does not display advertisements.

Data Security

Because your notes, PIN, settings, and backup files remain under your control on your device, we recommend protecting your phone with a secure screen lock and keeping backup files in a safe location.

No method of digital storage is completely risk-free, but the app is designed to minimize privacy risks by keeping user content local.

Children’s Privacy

DYSIN Smart Notes is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You may:

• Create, edit, search, organize, and delete notes
• Enable or disable PIN Lock
• Change the app theme
• Create or restore local backups
• Remove backup files
• Uninstall the app at any time

Please note that uninstalling the app may remove locally stored app data, depending on your device and Android settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features, technical changes, or legal requirements.
